💰 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
- Registration Fees
- All registration/participation fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Rs. 3540/-
- Cancellation by Participant
- No refund will be provided if:
- Participant cancels after registration
- Participant fails to attend rehearsals or event
- Event Cancellation/Postponement
- If JKFW cancels the event:
- Either a refund OR
- Rescheduling/credit for future event will be provided
- Force Majeure
No refunds in case of:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Pandemic-related issues
- Refund Processing
- Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–15 working days.
- Ticket Purchases
- Event tickets are non-refundable but may be transferable (if allowed).
